This course is designed for people who have a basic knowledge of drawing and oil painting and who wish to improve their techniques and observe a different approach to still life painting.  Working from photos selected by Michel, you will discover and learn the special application of a painting medium and learn step by step how to paint a realistic still life.

Objectives of the course : 

The objective of the course is to paint a still life in the spirit of the 19th century realism, using the classical academic techniques.

Who can apply:
This course will benefit those who already have notions in drawing and oil painting and who wish to improve their skills in painting a still life in oil.

Dates:         July 8th to July 12th, 2024
Duration:    5 days / 40 hours of class (8 hours per day).
Tuition:       1100.00 euros net (our courses are exempt of VAT).  All materials included except for brushes and sundry items.
                    Please note that transportation, accommodation and meals are not included.
