Caterina Manisco was born in Lecce, Italy in 1983.   Since her early childhood, she has revealed a strong artistic gift: even before taking up the specific studies, she organized several personal exhibitions, the first of which when she was just 13.


Soon after her artistic Diploma, she moved to Rome to continue her education, specializing as Fine Art Restorer and working in important restoration works for the Superintendence of Cultural Heritage of Rome.  He was a teacher at the Istituto Arte Artigianato e Restauro of Rome and she was given the task of teaching in art courses for the trainers of Servizio Civile by the branch of Vicariato in Rome.

In 2007 she was recruited by an important Australian company, with which she has been working till present day, spending a lot of time abroad.  In 2008 she decided to deepen her education enrolling in the Università della Tuscia of Viterbo, Course of Technologies for the Restoration and the Convervation of Cultural Heritage.

In 2016 she collaborated in the great restoration of the Galleria del Braccio Nuovo in the Vatican Museums.

Today she works with Lo Spazio Dipinto of Stefano Lucà, with whom she has been collaborating since 2007 on great projects around the world: Russia, Japan, China, America, Australia, France.

Since 2009 she has been a member of Salon International Society of Decorative Painters exhibiting in a different country each time:  Bergamo (Italy 2009), Versailles (France 2010),  Hamburg (Germany 2012), Tokyo (Japan 2013), Seattle (USA 2014), Lecce (Italy 2015), Saint Petersburg (Russia 2016), New York (USA 2017).

2022 : restoration of the church of Saint Martha - Ministry of Fine Arts in Rome (from May to September, 2022)
2021-2022 Restoration of the Loggia of Galatea by Raphael in the Villa la Farnesina in Rome from November 2021 to May 2022
2021: Galateo Award for Art and Restoration
2009- 2020 - Various projects of decorative painting and restoration in residences in Italy and abroad.
